House Cleaning Questions
Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions about our cleaning services. We hope they will be helpful.
Q. Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You need not sign any contracts.
Q. Do I need to be home at the time my house is being cleaned?
That is entirely up to you! Our hours of cleaning are from 9-5 M-F.
Q. How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning? If I cannot be home at that time?
We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
1. You may give us a key.
2. You can leave a key under a door mat the day of cleaning.
3. You can give us the code to the garage.
4. You can leave the door unlocked the day of cleaning.
Q. Will you bring cleaning supplies with you or do you use mine?We prefer using the cleaning products you normally use and are satisfied with. For the initial cleaning, we would use your supplies but after that we would purchase the supplies for use at your house.
Q. How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service.
Chores No More, LLC gladly accepts payment in the following forms:
Cash, Personal Check, Credit/debit Cards (These payments are processed through PayPal by going to the payment center.
Before coming to clean your place, we will confirm with you that you have left the payment for our services on the kitchen counter where it is visible, or whether you have paid in advance using the payment Center.
Errand Service Questions
Q. What grocery stores do you get groceries from?
In sun prairie, we currently get groceries from Pick N Save and Sentry. We are also able to get groceries from Woodman’s, Copps and Cub’s in Madison but a $.25 cents per mile charge applies to go there.
Q. How do I let you know what groceries to get?
The easiest way is to email us at Choresnomore@charter.net or call 608-837-8067.
If you do not have access to a computer, you can call us at (608) 837-8067 and tell us what you need, its quantity, the particular brand you need, and the exact size of the package/bottle, and whether you have coupons for us to use.
Q. Will you use my coupons to get groceries?
We would be happy to pick up your coupons from your house for an extra $2.00.

Q. Will I have to pay for my groceries up front?
While we would love to be able to purchase your groceries and bill you later, that is not feasible. We prefer a deposit of a reasonable amount(approximately $125 for every grocery shopping trip). From this amount, we will get your groceries, deduct for our services, and refund any balance due to you. You will have full accountability of your money.
You can pre-pay pay for the approximate amount of your groceries and our services by using your credit/debit card credit card in a secure location by going to our payment center. Once we receive or confirm your payment, we will be able to have enough funds to go get your groceries.
Q. When will my groceries be delivered after they have been ordered?
Once we have received/confirmed your payment, your groceries would be purchased on a first-come first serve basis. We strive to get the groceries within 48 hours of the time a request for service has been made. If we are unable to do that we will let you know in advance so you can either give us another time, or make other arrangements.
Q. Do I need to be home when you deliver groceries?
We will deliver groceries when you are home. This allows us to provide you with the receipt and make whatever money adjustments that must be made.
